Alliance Appraisals is a San Gabriel Valley appraisal firm specializing in 
residential valuations.  The company is owned by Linda Whittlesey, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Linda has been a business owner and real estate investor for over
twenty years.  A graduate of Northwestern University, Linda is a Past President of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers
North Los Angeles Chapter. She has also served on various committees with the Appraisal Institute's Southern California Chapter. 
Linda has also served as the Training Chair of the Junior League of Pasadena.
